Story: An okay tale, the story begins with Ranga Babu (naresh) a driver and he has a childhood friend Srinivas (srinivas). Srinivas is a rich man who is living in the USA and he comes to India to get married. His parents (jeeva, sana) fix the alliance with Manimala (madhurima), daughter of Raja Rao (ahuti). However, Srinivas wants to test Manimala so he asks Ranga Babu to take his place and he becomes the driver. This leads to a lot of errors, confusion and comedy. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.
Crew and cast: The director has come up with a normal storyline but then he has covered it with decent presentation and interesting narrative. Dialogues were entertaining at few places, the script was alright and the screenplay was adequate. Background score was gripping and two songs were worth humming. Cinematography captured few scenes very well. Editing could have been better. Costumes were good, art department was apt. Naresh did his role very well and impresses. Madhurima looks beautiful but her make up was not. Srinivas gave a commendable performance. Ahuti Prasad was effective, Krishna Bhagawan was witty, Jayaprakash Reddy was below average, Jeeva was natural, M S was moderate, the others did their role as required and added value.
Analysis: The film comes from the house of Vamsi so one can expect few eccentric and unconventional scenes in it. Though the take off has been quite mild and not very engaging, it is the second half that makes up for the flaws. Though there are few idle moments, there are places where the audience enjoys the comedy to the fullest. Overall, the film doesn’t have much of a storyline but it pulls off with the performances and comedy. This will be a decent grosser at the box office.
